Topic Description: U.S. Dept of Energy Pump Efficiency Regulations Update
DOE regulations, Hydraulic Institute energy ratings and utility incentives are driving pump manufacturers to improve efficiencies. These improved pumps offer system designers and end users alike more control of systems, reduction of power requirements and most importantly, lower operating energy costs. This presentation will provide an update on current regulations and new standards developed to help our industry make best decisions.
Bob Van Goor currently serves as President / CEO of the R.L. Deppmann Company. Bob has been with the R.L. Deppmann Company for 36 years and in that time has held various sales and management positions in the organization. Bob is a past President of the Western Michigan ASHRAE Chapter and current member of the Detroit Chapter. Bob received his education from Calvin College.
